Civil and administrative defenses in urban and administrative issues, such as injunctions, public civil actions, actions of administrative improbity, citizens actions, etc.;

Civil and administrative defenses in cases related to the Court of Auditors;

Advisement and analysis of public tender publications and of administrative contracts, consultancy in the drafting of all documents necessary to the participation in bids, drafting of appeals, judicial defenses, challenges and defenses;

Administrative and Civil defense (including Public Prosecution, Court of Auditors and other controlling departments) in matters regarding third sector (Social Organizations, OSCIPS, NGOs), as well as legal assistance to such entities aiming their participation in screening procedures and eventual contracts executed with the public administration;

Civil and Administrative defense in issues involving civil servants, wages and salaries, retirement, public contests;

Advisory in legal matters regarding administrative and urban issues including but not limited to the preparation and monitoring of projects and obtaining all necessary certificates of registration from public agencies;

Verification of urban conformity of general projects and enterprises;

Negotiation for the execution of Conduct Adjustment Declarations (TAC) and other alternative conflict solutions with State or Federal Public Prosecution.
